(Nick) The weather today was ideal for running, sunny and clear with just the smallest breeze. Equipped myself with my new light weight gear and ran a personal best today. The uphill at the beginning of the run was tough and had some lung involvement around mile 3 but kept pushing. Really happy with myself today.
