(V) We were scheduled for a long run but ended up doing our regular 7.14 anthem run. Once we were finished, I knew I could have done much more. That part excites me because in 15 short days, I will have no choice but to do 13 miles. I needed today's run because my motivation was down after making the dumb mistake of donating blood yesterday.
Today's weather was perfect for running, no wind at all. The sidewalks were icy where the sprinklers had hit.
My goal for the next two weeks is to work on my speed.
